The Inspiration

The OTA Sessions were born out of a desire to see the Midwest shine as hub of creativity and innovation, and our purpose and motivation have only grown stronger each year.

Since the first OTA Sessions in 2010, over 600 people from the Midwest have come together to celebrate the unbridled strength of this region. We have brought our brightest to the table with the best from around the world, including more than 15 global leaders in:

  • and Movements

And everyone—from the speakers to the attendees—has benefited from the experience.

In 2012, the OTA Sessions will continue their tradition of impacting this region through discussions and presentations that call to question our very foundations and inspire us to go beyond what we think we know. Attendees from all professional careers and backgrounds should come to the conference with an open mind – and they should prepare to have their minds blown wide open.

Each section will include a presentation by each speaker and joint Q&A in groups of three.
